Good Old Days Cottage, King Bed

Very friendly nice group to work with. Positive: Perfect location for our getaway weekend. Nice little kitchen packet w fresh sponge and tiny dish soap. Nice towels. Bed was very comfy. Great coffee shop close by copperline coffee. Negative: Totally minor ……usually w a kitchen they have salt and pepper for spices. Only salt. No big deal. The sink in bathroom is teeenie tiny but just fine for a quick face wash and brushing teeth. lol. Keurig pods but only two regular coffee makers. Again no big deal. We went out anyway.

The rental agent had to drive over to leads us to the location. It is very small, about the size of a 2 car garage. Value and location were excellent.

Not the cleanest place in not the best neighborhood, but overall I’ve stayed in worse places. I see why there are no photos of the bathroom on the website. It’s beyond tiny. We had to buy our own tp, paper towels and trash bags as they were either missing or not supplied in the quantities that were promised. As I stated, it’s a converted garage, so there were anthills in front of the door which we had to step over or around to walk in. A light outside would have made dodging the anthills much easier. A little more attention to detail by the property owner and this place would have gotten a better review.

We chose this property for it's location, just minutes to the beach without the traffic headaches, and easy access to everything you need in town. Two reasons it didn't get 5 stars from me: home was clean, but a bit dated, and there is a fenced back yard that is shared with a separate unit (which I don't think was on the listing details). No cable tv in living room but there is in bedroom. Does have Roku to use. Great supply of linens/kitchen items, beach gear, and lots of room if you bring others. Property Manager was very responsive to questions and I would definitely want to stay in one of their properties again.

This property is in a great location! It is convenient for getting to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The home has a warm eclectic feel and the property manager is very responsive to needs/ concerns.
