Awesome Positive: Was very roomy. Kitchen was great , had all the appliances you could use Loved the enclosed porch plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Hope to return soon Negative: Yard could use some TLC. One screen needed repair. Fan on porch needed replaced. Some of the fans didn’t work. Nice if 3rd bedroom had queen bed. Overall great

Spacious home within a short drive to the beach. Everything I needed for an enjoyable vacation with my family. Positive: I loved the back porch being closed in so I could enjoy the evenings without the Florida sized bugs Negative: No railings on the steps and front porch

Already planning my next stay and will be staying here. Positive: There was more than enough space in the house to make it feel like home. The house is beautiful and clean.

Nice clean house with plenty of room for me and my dog! Positive: Nice screened in Florida room and fenced in backyard. Negative: I live in a very rural part of Texas, so it was noisier (sirens, trains, car traffic) than what I am used to, but not too bad.

Great location, great host Positive: host was very timely and responsive to our needs and questions. House was very warm and had lots of room
