The house was clean and comfortable. It has a small yard that is fenced (prefect for my dogs). The drying machine stopped heating while we were there. Everything else worked fine. We had a great time.

Negative: We were both seniors. It would be nice to have a "grab bar" and non-slip mat in the hall bathroom.

Awesome
Positive: Was very roomy. Kitchen was great , had all the appliances you could use Loved the enclosed porch plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Hope to return soon
Negative: Yard could use some TLC. One screen needed repair. Fan on porch needed replaced. Some of the fans didn’t work. Nice if 3rd bedroom had queen bed. Overall great

Spacious home within a short drive to the beach. Everything I needed for an enjoyable vacation with my family.
Positive: I loved the back porch being closed in so I could enjoy the evenings without the Florida sized bugs
Negative: No railings on the steps and front porch
