Great space right across from the beach with very communicative hosts who seem like they really care. Thank you for a great week!

We had a good stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, and when we arrived to find the pool overflowing, maintenance showed up within minutes and took care of it right away — great responsiveness.A few things could be improved. Even though we reserved the full property, we only received the access code for the top level initially. We had to reach out for the code to the lower level, and once we received it, the code worked on only one of the doors. Also, the beach chairs were padlocked. If this were a private home, we would have assumed they weren’t for guest use, but given that this is strictly a vacation rental, it was confusing why they weren’t accessible.Parking was available but not ideal. We had a pickup truck and a small SUV, and fitting both was a bit tight.

The house was very clean and conveniently located. It was a great layout for our group and the pool area was nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Communication from the manager was very good and check-in process was very easy. Parking is a little challenging with large vehicles. Would definitely book again when staying in Daytona Beach.

The house was perfect for our large group. 3 couples and 7 kids ages 1-9 years old. Beds for everyone, space to spread out and be together or have privacy. House definitely has its quirks and wear as an older home, but was very clean and spacious. I feel like the convenience to the beach was understated, it was such a short quick walk that running back to grab something was no big deal. We had the beach to ourselves almost the whole time. So many towels, even for our big group. Will definitely keep this on the list of future rentals!
