Changes in Lattitude is great
Positive: Very clean and comfortable location. The support staff is very helpful and responsive.
Negative: Further drive than expected to motorspeedway. However, it was still only a 13 minute drive.

Very clean house with a great location ! Neighborhood is ok mostly older homes which is par for the Daytona area !
